International Shipping: We offer international shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipments.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Returns and Exchanges:
Return Eligibility: 
Unused and undamaged glasses can be returned within 15 days of the delivery date for an exchange or credit. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Return Process: 
To return an item, please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions. Include the RA number on the return package to expedite the processing of your return.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product (subject to inspection). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed promptly upon receiving the returned item. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your glasses for a different style , contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Additional charges may apply based on the new product's cost.
Defective or Damaged Items:At Shady Grove Eyewear we strive to perfect our quality control process .If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a one time replacement or credit , including return shipping cost.
