Smart Eyeglasses Frames Policy

Repairs and Maintenance:
   - Repair Services : We offer repair services for smart eyeglasses frames. Repairs due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period are free of charge. For repairs outside of the warranty or not covered by the warranty, fees will apply.

   - Returns: Smart eyeglasses frames can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with all accessories and packaging intact. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after a thorough inspection.
   - Exchanges: If the frames are defective or not functioning as intended within the first 30 days, you may request an exchange for a new pair.
