Due to the high demand for our products and our commitment to sustainability, we occasionally experience back orders. Here's our policy to guide you through this process:
Order Confirmation:
- Upon placing an order for a product on back order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging the extended processing time .Alternatively if we have similar product in stock you can chose similar product or a store credit.
Processing Time:
- Due to the small batch nature of our production and increased demand, the standard processing time for back orders is extended to 25-30 days.
Communication:
- We will keep you informed about the status of your back order via email. Updates will include production progress and anticipated shipping dates.
Cancellation Option:
- If you wish to cancel your back order please do so within 24 hours before production starts , please contact our customer support team and A full refund will be issued.
Shipping Policy:
- The processing time of 25-30 days is in addition to the shipping time outlined in our Shipping Policy. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on transit times.
Partial Shipments:
- In some cases, we may ship available items from your order separately. You will be notified of any partial shipments, and the remaining items will follow as soon as they are ready.
Expedited Processing (Optional):
- For customers who need their orders expedited, we offer an optional expedited processing service for an additional fee. Please contact our customer support team to arrange this service.
